When I rebuilded gui, i did:
make clean
./configure
make make install
but not a make uninstall before all of this. This info is usefull?

to me it looks like you should be getting that log output, not sure
what to say beyond that, but if you could check the windows event
viewer (not sure how to get there) just to make sure there isn't
