I have written a (very!) minimal test kernel testkern.asm (for NASM), trying
to go really to the sceleton of multiboot.
The problem with this test kernel is: mbchk says okay. But GRUB bootloader
complains.

Because of the release of L4 (L4Ka::Pistachio) and the recent l4-Hurd
developments it becomes really interesting to have a multiboot
complaint bootloader on many architectures.
Of course I want to use GRUB on all these architectures (I'm mainly
interested in the PPC and Alpha architectures).
1) I have installed linux 8.0 on my system. The installation goes on fine but after that when the installer restarts my system, the system restarts but hangs before loading the grub and shows a prompt like this where nothing can be done and the system hangs. The prompt is like a half loaded grub.
