may grub to load my OS dynamically?

Hallo, I have installed SuSE Linux 9.0 , but i can´t boot this. The error Message is: GRUB After the SuSE Installation i did insert my Windows Disk in my Computer, and so the Linux Disk change from /dev/sda to /dev/sdb . Is there a Possibilty to make grub dynamically ? My System is now:
