Hi Once you have done the grub-install, edit the grub.conf (menu.lst) and change the entry to be exactly like your old one (hd0) /dev/hda1 etc. There should be no reference to hdb. Then power off, take out your old 20GB drive, put in the new 80GB drive and you should be all set. ( Make sure
