[bug #27094] Add GRUB_GFXPAYLOAD option (patch included)

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #27094 (project grub): linux isn't the only OS having gfxpayload. So this variable has to be suffixed with _LINUX and analoguous variable for xnu must be implemented. Check if [ x${GRUB_GFXPAYLOAD} = x ]; then is probably useless
