can not find bootp or tftpserver command

Hi, I have download grub-0.97.tar.gz #tar zxvf grub-0.97.tar.gz #cd grub-0.97 #./configure make make install #grub-install --root-directory=/mnt /dev/sdb reboot from /dev/sdb, comes grub , but no tftpserver or bootp command found, why? -- Best wishes, Nancy

I've recently installed the beta 4 update and in the notes there was a statement about passsword protection being updated (no longer succeptable to partial password entries) I'm looking for the steps to password protect grub 2. I also would like to know what tool to use to encrypt the password.

Two GRUB setup can boot one each of two installs, but not the other, why?

Hi, I have a very strange GRUB problem. My system has two disk drives, one of which with two Linux installs. MBR of each disk has been setup from separate installs to allow booting either Linux: IDE disk (MBR setup from IDE part2) Part1: Mint 7 (Ubuntu 9.04 based) Part2: Ubuntu 8.04 SATA disk
