As I feared ... I deleted the test env where I had the problem with, tried to
reproduce but no success :/
Suppose there is nothing left to do but to close it and reopen it if it
returns.

I've been able to reproduce this bug in test environment. (And production
environment cannot be used to test this.)
Any suggestions why it would fail to find PV0 ? This might give me a hint on
how to reproduce it.
