Hi folks,
If I install grub on a USB stick and reboot, then grub is loaded from
USB, as expected. But menu.lst is _not_ found. I just get the command
prompt. Running
find /boot/grub/stage1
in this session I get
(hd1,2)
i.e. the regular boot partition. (hd0,0) is missing (even

the interim, now
include that idea, that of booting from USB, since the Disk On Key is
recognized as a specie of SCSI drive, via Linux, as is my Thumb Drive,
I've decided to ask that question. And that question is: Can GRUB boot
from a USB attached disk drive?
