Bzr Grub not compiling

I downloaded Grub via brz yesterday, and it still can't compile. I've never gotten bzr Grub to compile ever. How do you guys do it? 1.99 compiles just fine. I'm running Linux Mint 11 64-bit and gcc version 4.5.2. bzr puts a grub folder in my home folder, I cd to it, I run sh ./autogen.sh, then
