The new Ubuntu 9.10 has Grub 2 by default. I have downloaded the iso,
booted in the Live cd and installed ubuntu. After the installation, I
reboot, I have the BIOS instructions that's appears in all boots. But
after this I see : GRUB and nothing happens.
The old grub legacy worked

We are building grub0.97 for AMD GEOD Processor.
Grun configure fails with the following error.
GRUB configure error: GRUB requires a working
absolute objcopy. After going through GRUB website
and net, I am not even sure where the problem is (in
binutils or grub configure ).
