All three tests succeed for me, so this must be connected somehow to your

guix environment guix
./bootstrap
./configure --with-libgcrypt-prefix=$HOME/.guix-profil
The latest master fails to 'make' after checkout.
I started from scratch and git is currently in branch local-lispf4.
