It appears that share/bash-compltion/bash_completion performs an
`unset -f have' at the end of the script. This means that only the scripts
under /etc/bash_completion.d/ have access to `have', but said directory doesn't
even exist in our case.
That said, `have' is deprecated in favor of `_have' in

This patch fixes that.

Is there any particular reason to go this route?

environment.

Hello Guix,
Installing nvme-cli into my user profile causes the following error to show at

Hello Guix,
Attached patch on top of version-1.4.0 attempts to typset PDF docs for the
metamath package. However, the below error results, which seems to indicate
that the Euler fonts are not found, despite texlive-amsfonts existing in the

Hey Guix,
Recently working on a package, I have been encounting intermittent segfault
during a build.
The segfault seems to only occur when I have some error in my code that causes
a crash, and the segfaults tend to cluster, appearing unexpectedly for a few
build attempts, and then disappearing r

Um. Apparently, I was the one failing. I just tried connecting again, and as
long as smbd has setuid, the qemu SMB share works as advertised.
Sorry for the false alarm.
Hey Guix,
Having trouble getting the Samba directory share in qemu to work as advertised:
$ qemu-system-x86_64 -netdev user,id=net0,smb=/share ...
Running something like the above with samba installed should spin up `smbd`;
however, this doesn't happen. I see no smbd processes started. Qemu

disappears. I also tried cache=fscache and see the exact same problem as w

When using --expose to mirror a path between host and guest, the guest mirror
fails to reflect file modifications from the host. However, file creation and

To pick up file modifications in the guest, it is sufficient to remount

Thank you, Ludo.
I am having trouble reproducing the error for some reason now. For a few days
guix pull invariable died in this way, but now it's getting past that point and
failing in a completely new way on SIGPIPE.
I will try to come back with something more useful.

When building from git, ./bootstrap ends up generating (via automake) several
