There is a dict with drum instrument names in the .py file,
which needs more entries.
I've added a message about this now.
For this issue, I take
Lilypond does not build or run when guile-1.6.8 is installed. After downgrading
guile to 1.6.7, things work again (lilypond version tested: 2.8.2 and 2.10.12).

noteheads
come from if the lyrics are associated to a devnull

soprano melody in a piano reduction. Say you have soprano and alto. In
almost all hymns, soprano carries the melody. But alto may be doing a
different melody. And in hymnals, the two lines are printed in piano
reduction form as
