If you click on the link to an example at the end of 8.2.8 you get the
error:
The requested
URL /doc/v2.11/Documentation/user/source/input/lsr/preparing/collated-files was
not found on this server.
Of course this means that other links won't work either.

No; it's just that I changed the
preparing/
directory into
parts/
The other links should work.
