Can't open LY File

Please first try the instructions on how to get started at http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.11/Documentation/user/lilypond-learning/Compiling-a-file#Compiling-a-file (follow the Windows specific instructions) just to make sure that your installation is correct. You mentioned that you had downloaded
