This works fine on MacOSX 10.5 Intel in latest git. Have you done make

Put a breakpoint at the programming_error function:
(gdb) b programming_error(std::string)
and get the backtrace when it hits the breakpoint.

--disable-optimising fixes the problem. All files that spewed these
errors now
compile fine!
gcc -v
Ingebouwde specs worden gebruikt.
