I would like to install Lilypond on my new iMac, which is running Mac OS Leopard
released last month. I have downloaded the package from your download page,
and run it. Unfortunately, the Lilypond menu has no menu items showing, so I
cannot select the menu items for 'Save' and 'Compile...'.
