I'm having an error with that, too. A ly file free of errors and
warnings, gives all this chain of errors if I include a tilde between
2 words, into a \lyricmode section:

You are confusing LilyPond, since you try to instantiate the Lyrics
contexts within
the Staff context. I know that it feels nonintuitive to some people that
the lyrics is
not part of the staff, but that's how it's done in LilyPond. Just
replace your score
block with something like:
