The attachment didn't make it to the mailing list (probably filtered
out), but I guess that you used the <<{..} \\ {...}>> feature for the
voice split. There are several emails in the mailing list archives
describing more details on what happens and what you can do about it.

impressive, I think I've found a bug. In the attached file swing_low.ly, the
sopranos divide within the staff at bars 13 and 29, and the basses in the
