I have test my device in FreeBSD 10-CURRENT, and run fine on 'ue' pseudo-device.
Any ideas?

Looks like they attach all USB ethernet devices to ue;
udav0: vendor 0x0fe6 USB 2.0 10100M Ethernet Adaptor, class 0/0, rev
