I'm attempting a fresh install with the 12/28 snapshot. The drive in
question had the first 100 MB zeroed out by dd prior to install. It
appears to attempt a whole-disk install, fail in a couple ways (read
error, pdisk, newfs), and then continue on with looping OpenBSD-area
attempts until I kill it
