Hi,
kde4 bugs completely on openbsd 6.3
kde4 is unusable on openbsd 6.3 with my configuration ( I use kde since a
long time and there is a big problem with openbsd 6.3)
so as workaround I have installed xfce4 and it works well
I use OpenBSD as home workstation and my configuration is an intel cor

followup: After i removed a rule from pf (nat-to some network on iwn0) the
panic didn't happen again
