There was a problem with PSR on that version of ubuntu on the
StarLite Mk IV with
coreboot 4.16 05/11/2022 firmware
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1975621

that translates to changing enable_psr from -1 to 0 in
/sys/dev/pci/drm/i915/i915_params.h

It is interesting that linux also shows "Unknown revid 0x06".
It shows up on other gemini lake refresh machines as well.
