Disabling Resizable-Bar and upgrading to current with whatever the
latest snapshot is as of this morning fixed the issue.
Many thanks to Jonathan and the other DRM maintainers for pulling in the
Linux 6.1 DRM into current.

Sure, totally understandable! Just wanted to verify if this is in fact
the same issue I encountered as well. So far this seems to be an
OpenBSD exclusive problem. Linux with the 5.15 kernel (the version
7.1/7.2 DRM is based on) did not have any issues when Resizable BAR
was enabled.
I don't

I do have resizable bar enabled, but ideally I would like to keep it
enabled for better performance.
This sounds identical to an error I saw in 7.1 on an AMD 6800 XT card and Ryzen
7 5800X cpu.
The workaround was to disable "Resizable BAR” support in my motherboard
firmware. I believe that's cause of the issue, but I did not look into it any
further.
Sorry about the late response. I had to manually apply the patch, but it
didn't help.

I don't use hibernate. I think I shutdown the system previously by holding
the power button.
