Thanks.!!! *Job title: 1038178: PL SQL Developers.* *Location: Cleveland, Ohio* *Duration: 6 months+ With the possibility of a 2 year extension* *ONLY US CITIZENS * *Description of role:* The candidate shall be part of a team responsible for the technical support and administration of the Defense Cash Accountability System (DCAS). DCAS is the selected enterprise solution for Treasury reporting which will interface with several Department of Defense enterprise resource planning systems. The developer shall be involved in system development and maintenance, which includes: requirements gathering, system analysis and design, documentation, coding, testing, implementation, monitoring production performance and production jobs, researching and resolving production problems, dealing with end users to resolve issues, acting as a point-of-contact (POC) for customers and the Project Management Office (PMO) and providing training and technical support to end users and other developers. Candidate shall be tasked with creating and maintaining PL/SQL components that utilize advanced techniques, as well as, designing database objects. Candidate shall participate in system requirements reviews, critical design reviews, test readiness reviews and post implementation reviews as part of the CMMI. Candidate shall prepare system change specifications, design documents and system documentation. The candidate must also be willing and able to work within the confines of Government provided software tools as well as within the confines of software distribution via a desktop management service. Must be familiar with programming languages and development tools as specified in the skillset section of this document and must be willing and able to work in a distributed team environment. Comments: Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in English.
