Also understanding how to troubleshoot Microsoft Windows servers and experience using virtual machines would be helpful. *DESCRIPTION*The Senior QA Analyst is responsible for evaluating and testing new or modified software programs and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines. Job duties includes developing system test plans, documenting and executing test cases, finding and tracking defects, performing retests, managing production releases, and conducting post implementation reviews.
