Job Title-Data Analyst Location - (Minneapolis/Charlotte) Duration -6+ Months Contacrt Job Description The Enterprise AML team is looking for an experienced data analyst to support AML product migration efforts, customer impact and infrastructure initiatives. Responsibilities include: Working with product/service/project teams to understand business requirements, data requirements and translating them into moderate to complex database related analyses. Conducting in-depth exploratory analyses/research to provide actionable insights to AML team and business partners Working with different interfacing groups to understand the data flow and documenting the same. Interpreting research and analytic findings; explaining their strategic/tactical implications on business Creating and maintaining design/ process documents Creating database flow and create metadata for future reference. Identifying data sources and opportunities for additional infrastructure/automation Ensuring adherence to compliance, regulations and policies. Should be able to create ad-hoc reporting and SSRS based reports. Basic Qualifications 7+ years Data analytics, data mining and modeling experience. Minimum Qualifications Strong data analysis and database design skills, including the ability to translate and summarize complex customer,product and process information into understandable, actionable reports and recommendations Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail and quality Proficient in using Oracle, Teradata as tools for data analysis Experience with backend systems and databases Should be able to work with Teradata and SAS tools Should have a strong background with ad-hoc and structured SSRS reporting tools. Good Documentation skills to document objects and Data Flow.
