an accelerated pace.

Extensive experience building Enterprise class Java based web
applications. 6+ years (In order to support the development you need to
have done the development)

Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers in Agile
practices and processes. 3+ years

Can set direction for a team and keep it on course.

Work with project management and development customers to help
prioritize work

Must be willing to pair-program full time and work in a bullpen
environment where individuals do not have their own desk.

Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. 3+ years

Extensive experience with establishing and managing Continuous
Integration infrastructure using Jenkins or comparable Continuous
Integration tool.

Ability to design and deliver a deployment pipeline capability

Experience with cloud technologies especially AWS and Amazon Cloud
Computing such as EC2.

Experienced with git, stash as well as Maven and Gradle build systems.

In-depth know-how of automated testing tools.

Extensive experience with Selenium Webdriver & JBehave testing
framework

Experience installing and administering Linux systems and associated
software.

Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Great teamwork, collaboration, and communication ability.

Able to function in a highly interactive environment.

BS/BA Engineering, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems,
or equivalent formal training
