Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant Location: Pleasanton, CA Duration: 12 plus months 10+ years expecting… Please find the job description below…. The Workday Systems Integration Analyst supports global HR and Payroll transformation through human capital management (HCM) systems. This position will mainly focus on integrations including requirements gathering, analysis, design, documentation, testing, vendor/cross-team coordination, deployment and support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned): Analysis · Proactively partner with end users and vendors to understand the requirements around integrations · Contribute to the continuous improvement of how integrations fit into other HR systems and processes and share best practices. · Review and map data elements including transformation rules/logic and formatting rules · Create interface specifications in detail including the test strategy and use cases Design & Develop · Design and develop integrations according to requirements and specifications using the appropriate WD tool set · Build transformations, orchestrations, and setup connectivity · Setup integration for code management and migration · Unit test integrations by working with vendors, internal teams and cross-teams Testing · Perform testing by creating detailed test scenarios, data seeding, data mining, and detailed validation of data · Execute Integration, E2E and Parallel tests · Support UAT · Guide QA/QS testers on test strategy and assist in answer questions/troubleshooting · Fix integrations as needed based on test results · Deploy · Complete delivery assurance · Provide knowledge transfer and training to other BSA’s · Deliver the appropriate documentation · Support · Analyze issues concerning integrations affecting internal and external customers · Provide excellent customer support for global internal and external customers regarding integration issues. Liaise with vendors when escalated issues arise.
