About Us
Role Summary/Purpose Key role on an PS ERP team that supports a $3B
Energy Service P&L. The PS ERP team is engaged in a global Oracle
implementation. Overall goals of project are to create and implement
global processes to the power services business, partnering with the ES
GAP Team to incorporate their global inherently compliant Finance design
into the overall PS deployment. The project will leverage the ES
Accounting COE's and global shared services as systems and processes are
standardized and then deployed.
Essential Responsibilities
-Work with ERP team to develop, document, and roll out a single global
process for managing the ERP -master data, including Customer Master
File (CMF), Supplier Master File (SMF), Global Installed Base (GIB) &
Oracle Human Resources (OHR), as well as managing of other key ERP data
files such as Price Lists, Cost Schedules, Tool Center Resources, etc.
-Work with all of the master file shared services teams and the quality
team to Lean the master file process
-Work with business subject matter experts to maintain master file data
integrity
-Build single global process to manage robust wing to wing tracking of
master data additions/changes
-Act as Primary CMF, SMF, GIB and OHR administrator to ensure all
business master data needs are met
-Manage global SOX compliance for all master file processes, including
annual recertification
-Manage price list modifications and updates for Field Services, Tool
Centers, etc
-Manage Tool Center resources/tool data file maintenance
-Understand the sensitivity of the data elements that make up the
various master files and ensure the -right users are reviewing those
elements for accuracy, as part of the process
-Work with the reporting team to design reporting capabilities to
measure all master file processes,
-queues, business views of master data etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
-Experience with process re-engineering/simplification. Ability to work
in cross-functional
-environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Motivated self-starter with demonstrated leadership values. Ability
to handle multiple priorities in a very fast paced business.
Process focus, with a keen sense for driving standardization
and simplification.
-Should have 5+ years of Oracle experience
-Must have experience with business processes for operational field
services modules and financial modules.
-Should have experience with requirements gathering, functional solution
design, setups, and testing.
-Should have basic understanding of the Finance functional domain of
Oracle Apps
-Should have experience in implementing PA, OM, CRM, INV modules in a
global environment
-Should have experience implementing Oracle ERP in a global,
multi-country setting
-Must interact well with all project team members, particularly
functional counterparts and other 3rd party contractors
-Must have working knowledge of PA, GL, AP, AR, PO, CM table structures
-Ability to write SQL queries and understand PL/SQL programming
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
-Desired Characteristics Previous experience implementing master data
maintenance processes and/or monitoring data quality
-Previous experience working with support central workflows
