*Job Title : ServiceNow BALocation : Minneapolis, MN (Need Local)Duration : Long Term ContractMANAGER NOTES:* Role of BA will be to manage the request of ServiceNow tickets, assess, work with internal customer, figure out solution, build out requirements, etc. Individual needs to have strong communication skills, in-depth functional understanding of ServiceNow and experience with ITIL practices (incident, change, knowledge management). *ServiceNow Business Analyst* The ServiceNow business analyst will work as member of the Ecolab IT ServiceNow Team and will manage the intake of requests to the team. The candidate will perform analysis on the requests to understand the current process, platform functionality and determine the best solution for the customer. *Main Responsibilities:* Manage intake of requests for ServiceNow team Perform extensive analysis on requests to understand platform functionality, the current process and the change requested to determine the best solution for the company, customer and the platform. Assist the customer in finding a solution that meets their needs.
