This will involve test scenario definition, execution, debugging, troubleshooting and reproducing software & system defects through-out the Systems Development Life Cycle. * * *Requirements: * - BA or BS, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or MIS - Minimum 5 years combined Software, System test or QA experience. - Complete understanding of software development life cycle management practices and methodologies with emphasis on software defect identification - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to work to a solution logically: describe alternatives, select the best alternative, define a plan of action and follow through - Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and document solutions & workarounds - Manage multiple assignments and align them with the business priorities & deadlines - Proficiency with Microsoft products - Proficiency with Windows clients - Query and SQL experience desirable - Experience within the insurance industry is a plus Thank you & Have a wonderful day....
