*Location:* *:: MO-Missouri/St. Louis Duration::: 9+ months **Job Description::* * The client seeks a Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Developer to complete the following:*- Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, package and deploy solutions to a client’s Salesforce.com organization. • Collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish-client specific business needs and translate these into technical solutions. • Work as a member of a project team developing Apex and Visualforce new functionality and enhancing existing functionality.• Design and deploy high quality, scalable code. • Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com applications and other systems as may be required by clients. • Ensure that documentation of Apex code, as well as application use and flow, is accurate and well written. *Note: Resource must be onsite in St. Louis, MO. No remote work.Supplier will provide personnel with the following qualifications and skills to perform the Services:Required Skills::*• 2+ years experience developing in/working with Salesforce CRM software. • 2+ years of coding experience in any of the following technologies: o Java o .NET o PHP o Python o Ruby o The Force.com framework (Apex and Visualforce). • Experience in application development and integration using Salesforce.com’s SOAP, REST and Bulk API. • Ability to demonstrate critical, analytical thinking in all aspects of the job – technical and non-technical. • Ability to be highly productive, both working independently and in close collaboration within a team environment. • Ability to multi-process and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical, staff and managerial), and in a wide range of settings (e.g., one-on-one, small group, in person, conference calls and via e-mail) *Preferred Skills::*• Four year (Bachelor degree) with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in IT, or 10 years of work related experience in lieu of degree. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project). • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member. • Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, oral and written communication skills to include ability to facilitate meetings comprised of business and IT representatives. • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment • Strong written and verbal communication (ability to translate between business and technical concepts) *Additional Provisions::*• Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. • Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process. • If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. • All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence status (Green Card), or holds a H-1B Visa. • Cannot have more than 6 months cumulative outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.) • All overtime must be pre-approved in writing by the client manager or his/her designated representative. • Agency will not be reimbursed for overtime charges without previous written authorization.
