*Job Description:: -*Client has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious IT professional to work closely with existing developers and architects to develop technical specs, advance integrations, and bridge the gap between team members in Latin America and local IT staff. -You will be responsible for application development and support for the integration and build out of our investment data platforms for our business lines in Mexico and Chile. You will provide support for the implementation of our order management systems in both countries. -And, this position will be involved in all aspects of development: designing, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, documentation and maintenance (of other existing and new development). -If you are a well-rounded IT professional, have working knowledge of the Mule Soft ESB platform, have top-notch communication, collaboration and leadership skills, and are interested in an international flavor to your work, then this is the opportunity for you! *Qualifications:*•Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience (6 years of experience equates to an Associate’s degree when defining “equivalent work experience”) •1+ years of IT experience in an IT field, with experience in database applications, integration platforms, distributed, and/or web programming languages •Working knowledge of Mule Soft ESB – highly recommended *Characteristics of strong candidates:*•Basic knowledge of investments and financial services products. •Given that this position will be a member of a global Latin American IT team; Spanish language capabilities are a plus. •Planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, and strong communication skills. •Must be able to work with people at all levels and demonstrate the ability to understand and embrace change. •The team uses a mix of Agile methodologies, in differing stages of adoption, and therefore Agile experience is also preferred. *Working Conditions:*•May be required to provide on call support; some foreign travel may be requested.
