Combination of education and work experience typically equivalent to a
Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years technical project management experience.
*Description:** *
Directs and monitors all activities for large, high risk, major
technology-based projects from initiation to delivery. Projects cross
platforms, applications, and/or business lines.
Works with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements,
design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems
initiatives.
Plans and directs complex program schedules and budget, monitoring project
status in comparison to cost/time projections.
Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and
ongoing cost analyses, significant issue management and resolution,
communication with business lines and technology management, often at senior
management levels.
May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to
re-engineer t!
Technical processes for greater efficiency.
May serve as a lead by providing direction to less experienced technical
project management staff while serving in a project leadership role.
Typically reports to a Technology Manager.

Performance Analytics and Reporting team is looking for a strong Technical
Project Manager who has extensive experience in project management and
exceptional technical writing skills.
This person will join a newly established department that tracks Operating
and Service Level Agreement performance for Internet application
functionality.
Individual will direct, monitor and deliver all activities for highly
complex, high risk, strategic technology-based projects from initiation to
delivery. Individual will work with business and technology partners to
develop requirements, design alternatives, project schedules and costs for
new system(s).
*Minimum Qualifications:*
- Combination of education and work experience typically equivalent to a
Bachelor's degree and 7 + years technical project management experience.
- Strong experience in developing documentation based on business
requirements, use cases, and subject matter expert interviews.
- Strong experience in ensuring technical documentation is accurate,
complete and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, format and style.
- Proficient in the use of PC and related software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication, listening and negotiation
skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as a part of a team or one
on one, including development managers, project managers, subject matter
experts and application/system engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task with several documentation tasks
within changing priorities.
- A proven track record of successfully completing projects in a
fast-paced and rapidly changing technical environment, where multiple
responsibilities are handled and priorities adjusted.
*Preferred Skills:*
Experience managing large complex projects from initiation to delivery
Familiarity with Internet Service Group and Technology Information Group
Familiarity with Internet Banking business Fluency with Internet technology
Project Management Professional Certification Proficiency with MS Suite
