Excellent human resource management skills. *PROGRAM MANAGER:* To handle / ensure the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts; establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations; responsible for assembling project plans and team assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality and timeline issues appropriately; responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources; coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work being managed; follow rigorous SDLC (IT only) and project management best practices; comply with internal Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other compliance related processes, as well as adhere to change control and problem management procedures. *Tasks and Responsibilities:* . Possesses in-depth knowledge of principals, theories, practices, and techniques for managing activities related to planning, managing and implementing systems analysis and applications development projects. . Excels at implementing Project Management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques. . Excellent grasp of human resource management techniques. . Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills. . Manages multiple large, complex projects with greater impact on the enterprise. . Excels at delivering projects on time and within budget, meeting high quality standards and customer expectations. . Excels at analyzing business unit technology needs, dissecting the most complex problems and suggesting process oriented solutions. . Serves as SME in all aspects of project management methodology and tools, as well as resource management practices and change management techniques. .
