*Please find the attached requirement and provide me the profiles for this Req.* *Data Modeller* *Tampa, FL* *MOI : Telephonic + Skype* *No H1B* *Rate is $45/hour on c2c* *Job Description:* *Essential Responsibilities* - Obtain, analyze and translate business requirements into conceptual, logical and physical data models. - Design and manage data models in data modeling software, including versioning, source control and release management of models and other artifacts. - Collaborate with Business Analysts, Business Consultants and other subject matter experts to design, develop and/or enhance data models that meet desired business functions. - Develop, maintain and effectively communicate Source to Target Mappings and data models design concepts for use as data integration (ETL) specifications. - Develop and maintain metadata and metadata management strategies for the data model. - Collaborate with various groups (Database Administrators, Business Intelligence Architects, others) to identify and resolve design or performance issues with the enterprise data warehouse. - Collaborate with management and other data architects on development of data strategies, best practices and standards. - Maintains knowledge of new developments and research related to current technologies and IT trends. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Complete assigned deliverables with quality, efficiency and within established timelines. *REQUIRED Skills and Experience* • 5+ years experience as data architect for multi-terabyte data warehouse projects • 5+ years experience with ERwin Enterprise Data Modeler Suite or equivalent modeling tools. • 5+ years experience in data profiling; business domain modeling; logical and physical data modeling; relational and dimensional data modeling; and design. • Understanding of data warehousing design and development best practices (Inmon and/or Kimball). • Understands the importance of maintaining the physical and technical security and privacy of protected health information (PHI) and other sensitive data. • Proven expertise in data analysis and facilitation (i.e., able to produce data designs using a variety of inputs such as requirements analysis, SME interviews, business process, data flow analysis, data profiling, etc.). • Experience with small and medium-sized development teams, both onshore and offshore collaboration. • Working knowledge of software development (waterfall/stage-gate or agile) and release management processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship building skills. • Must have ability to estimate development effort with 80% accuracy. • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task with high quality standards. *Thanks & Regards,* *Dheeraj Chauhan* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *Phone : 310-598-7807 Ext.- 513* *Hangout : dheeraj.rgtal...@gmail.com <dheeraj.rgtal...@gmail.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business_Intelligence" group.
