Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for
others; may have advanced education
*Requested Qualifications:*
1. 72 Months Demonstrated experience developing clinical and
non-clinical applications for a mental health related agency, which
includes experience with Individualized Service Plans (ISP), patient
assessments, and Medicaid reimbursement for HCBS Waiver and Personalized
Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) programs.
2. 72 Months Demonstrated experience working with HIPAA protected
data related to mental healthcare and patient mental health records.
3. 72 Months Demonstrated experience with Visual Basic 6 (VB6).
(Not VB.NET)
4. 72 Months Demonstrated experience with Oracle 9i or higher,
including ORACLE PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes,
triggers, creating tables, etc., including the use of a tool to write and
test SQL code and manipulate data (such as Toad). (NOTE: Microsoft SQL
Server and MS Access are NOT considered valid database experience and
should NOT be part of the 72 months experience)
5. 48 Months Demonstrated experience with C#.Net.
6. 30 Months Demonstrated experience developing applications with
MVC or MVVM.
7. 24 Months Demonstrated experience with each of the following:
JQuery plugins, RESTful web services, XML.
