Experience with offshore teams is preferable. Working with product Managers, developers, and SME’s at all stages to promote quality practices Leading key quality activities like test case creation, requirements traceability, test execution, defect reporting, etc… Manages schedule of Quality Assurance tasks and resources Lead triage of defects reported and ensure that testers are following the correct process for reporting and closing defects Reporting metrics and progress to key stakeholders Work collaboratively with QA team to create and update test cases to ensure accurate and productive test execution Minimum 2 years leading QA teams in full lifecycle of testing tasks Minimum 7+ years related QA experience with knowledge of testing tools and applications (test management systems, test automation tools, and performance test tools) Proven QA Lead experience working with onshore and offshore resources Strong knowledge of all phases of Software Development Lifecycle Strong working knowledge of software testing phases (Functional, Integration, Performance, and Quality Metrics).
