ID:* *Sys Arch - FL - IT System Architect/Technical Project Manager * *F2F MUST AFTER AN TELEPHONIC ROUND* *Description:* Our client South Florida Water Management District is in planning to develop and implement an Operations Decision Supports System (ODDS) and is in need of a senior IT Systems Architect. This is a long-term - Multi-phase Multi-Year project. The primary functional components of these ODDS will interface/integrate with various application/systems that exist at the district. Some of those are SCADA systems, Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS/Google Earth), Rule Management Framework, Integration Platform, Common Information Model (CIM) and Hydro Data Models and Tools etc. *Job Purpose: * Consultant would be working in a team environment and is responsible for the Analysis, Design, architecture, development and implementation of ODDS. Responsible for decision making and ensuring the business & technical architecture of the newly planned solution matches customer technical and functional requirements. *Key Result Areas:* • Interfacing with project stakeholders. • Analyzing and documenting system architectures, capabilities, and components. • Creating and maintaining work products in compliance with processes (CMMI) and standards. • Conducting work product review sessions. • Identify inconsistencies between work products and business requirements. • Work with project and staff to specify and document workflows and specifications. • Support solution design and development activities. • Support testing and deployment activities. *Skills and qualifications:* • Must have a B.S. in Computer Science or related area of study.10+ years of experiences in Information Technology. • Must have successful track records of projects from inception to deployment.
