I took my two Astron SS25M units overseas. They have a switch for 110/220.
You need a power strip with 220V plug. I got the European 220 plug (as used
in UK) and wired it to an old power strip with 110 plug cut off. This setup
was used in Falkland Islands and Malta.

For a transformer made for 60Hz operation and using it on 50Hz the output
will be approximately 80%

Elecraft now sells the PowerWerx switcher after recommending them to any
