The repeter has been acting up all day.  Many I talked to were weak and/or scratchy with dropouts.  Mostly non communicative.  There is speculation that the rain got into a coax connector or other.  Tomorrow is supposed to be dry, so let's see if it goes away.  Wednesday, it rains again. 73IZO
