For those who know or remember Doug Payne, K5OIT, his XYL, Connie, passed
away last Wednesday and services are tomorrow in Conroe. I found out
yesterday from Doug's son in law, Otis, who operates KHGY FM in the
Beaumont area.
Doug himself is not in good shape. If anyone needs his phone number,
