[BVARC] Need internal batteries replaced HTX-202 and HTX 404

I have an radio shack HTX-202 and 404 that both need the internal batteries replaced. I'm not confident doing it. Is there anyone that can help? Please let me know. According to what I can find on the internet, in addition to the battery I'll need to find the holders as well. Avery KE5OTH ___
