[BVARC] noise eliminating headset/microphone for HT

I need a headset with an attached microphone to use with my Yaesu FT60R and/or my Anytone 878UCII Plus for me to use during loud events. It was obvious to me that I should have had something at the Wings Over Houston Airshow this past weekend. My Heil Pro Set Elite isn't compatible with the HT's.
