Are these windows notifications? Could be things you have inadvertently subscribed too. I had to figure this out, those pesky pop ups can get in the way! Go into windows settings click, notifications and actions scroll down and you can see all the products you are signed up to received that

Thanks for your responses. However, I’m not looking for an ad-blocker that stops standard pop ups. The pop-ups I am referring to shows up always on the right edge toward the bottom and doesn’t matter what program, or on my desktop so long as I have a browser on one of my windows.
