@fabounet, @mattbe
I confirm now, when running the dock in OpenGL, if Animated icons is
enable at start, it crashes and the configuration applet appear and
appear again until I unselect Animated icons, then it start properly.
gdb_commands.txt :
r -c
f 7
p pManager
p pDevice
set logging on
l
bt fu
Usually, it crashes often, every day. Yesterday, it's been working
properly all day long with the -f argument!
I will run it now with animated Icons to see if it will crash and I will
let you know.
Have a good day,
Marc-Andre!

FYI - there is no gbd.txt in $home at startup.
Is there anything I could add for better debugging?

I run the famous intel i915 - so acceleration needs to be disable for
OpenGL - processing is not an issue for that system...well, for now. I
don't want to get a nice dock with invisible and super pop-up icons

@mattbe I went to your IRC Channel last night :-)
Ok - I will add the symbols and args as suggested.
I am now running this now:

Cairo-Dock Version 3.2.99.rc1
Twice, when running with -c (standard), all icons of the dock became with a
white border. I have found the following gdb.txt file, not sure if related but
it may give you some direction:
275
/build/buildd/cairo-dock-3.2.99.rc1.1~20130923~bzr1637/src/cairo-dock.
Now running Cairo-Dock Version 3.2.99.rc1 - started well and no gdb.txt
in home...so far so good. Will report any issue :D
