What's your window manager (aka WM ; e.g. Compiz, Metacity, XFWM, KWin, etc.)?
And which version of dock are you using (cairo-dock -v).
Can you launch the dock from a terminal and check if you've some warnings when
you minimise a window?

Should we remove it? Or we can maybe save a preview of all windows every
minutes but it's maybe not so interesting :-/ Or we can enable this
feature only if we click on the icon to minimise the window (in order to

Yes but you can also enable this compiz plugin: "Window Previews" (if
it's still available)

whereas, the Cairo-Dock version is 3.0.2-1;
on Ubuntu 12.04.
And I am still suffering from this bug.

into cairo-dock, as even that would solve our

I did enable this compiz-plugin,
but it only showcases the thumbnails
of already open windows and not the
minimized ones'. So the only option
we are left with is to integrate dockbarx-
like applet into cairo-dock. The pertinent
question is HOW ?
