Sorry for the delay in my reply. You're the man Simon. They're not on the
same server, but it worked. I can now access it by removing the prefix
altogether.

Copied webroot to another site/domain) installation of cakePHP 2.4.1, with
DebugKit 2.2.1. Only thing different is the domain they load from.
Site one works great. Site two does not. I get -
*Fatal error*: Function name
