Intercepting dispatcher's routes

Hi, I want to link to ordinary static pdf's in the app/html tree in my cake application. Is there some way of telling the dispatcher to ignore a directory in there, or do I have to create dummy models, controllers, tables etc. to serve ordinary flat pdf files? thanks, Jez. --~--~-~--~-
